How do I access the apartment?

Both check-in and check-out are contactless. The access code will be sent via email two days prior to arrival.
What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out on the day of departure should be by 10 a.m. at the latest. A late check-out until 5 p.m. can be booked depending on availability. Please note that for our Fjordliebe and Nordstern apartments, check-in is required before 10 p.m.
Where can I park?

All of our apartments have their own parking spaces. The parking spaces for the Weinbergliebe, Schwarzwaldliebe, Burgunderliebe, and Apartment Leni apartments are free and located directly on site. The holiday apartments in Bad Krozingen (Fjordliebe and Nordstern) also each have their own parking space. These are within walking distance, a short walk through the town center, and can be booked for a fee of €5 per night.
Is there a coffee machine?

All our apartments are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine.
Are there any recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area?

When you book, you will receive access to your digital guest folder with a wealth of information, including personal tips and recommendations from us for restaurants and leisure activities.
Are towels and bed linen provided?

Freshly made beds and towels await you in the apartment; these are included in our rates. For longer stays, we are happy to provide spare bed linen and towels.
